Maria Amparo Cruz-Saco

Maria Amparo Cruz Saco Oyague is the Lenore Tingle Howard Professor of Economics at Connecticut College. She is the author of several research articles in professional journals and books, most notably La macroeconomia de una economia abierta. She is also a consultant for international multilateral organizations, including the InterAmerican Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Acuerdo de Cartagena, and official agencies such as the government of Paraguay and vice president of development at the Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo in Peru.
